And Now I Bite My Nails
Today I submitted my MA project for approval. My adviser has until May 11th to sign off on it. I don't have any reason to expect I will get denied, but still, I'm kind of on tenterhooks about it.
On the plus side, it's like an amazing weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I feel so relaxed and free!

How many trees (pages) did you use in your effort? Or is the current process to submit everything electronically? Anyway, congratulations on completing your project!

It came out as 42 pages in my preferred word processor, 44 pages in MS Word. I actually trimmed it down somewhat during a reorganization.
It was submitted electronically, but I find I am much better at spotting typos and misspellings if I can examine a hard copy, so I printed it out quite a few times during various revisions. I like to work at home, so I printed all of those copies on my own printer, but I still have hundreds of pages of free print queue unused at the university's computer center. Maybe I should find something to print there, it'd be a shame to waste those pages that I paid for! And whenever I start to think about conserving paper, my sister reminds me that the paperless office of the future would put her out of work.
