This clever bit is credited to a Livejournal user called Rysmiel:
There was an old man
From Peru, whose lim'ricks all
Look'd like haiku. He
Said with a laugh "I
Cut them in half, the pay is
Much better for two."
Damn, that's clever. I was pointed to it by the Steven Brust's site; he's one of my favorite authors. If you want to read something scary and clever, look for a book called Agyar, but for heaven's sake don't read the reviews and the back cover, because they betray the book's secret.

Ya know, I usually don't read the back covers etc. unless I am wondering whether I have already read the book.
Love the haiku limerick.
